What “per session” means

The fix counter resets when you close and reopen the plugin. It is not a daily or monthly limit. If you hit the 5-fix cap, close the plugin window and reopen it to start a new session with 5 more fixes.

Yes. Pro works offline for up to 7 days using a cached license. After 7 days without a network connection, license validation is required. Core scanning always works offline regardless of plan.
